The first thing I must say about Garden of Life‘s RAW Protein & RAW Meal is that they are LOADED with vegetarian nutrients made from WHOLE foods. So, if you are traveling, this would be a thing to add to your pack to nourish your body anywhere you go. You can simply add the powder to water or neutral beverage of your choice.

Despite ‘wheat’ being in the name, there is no gluten in wheatgrass!

When I need something quick & easy and full of nutrients to fuel me for a busy day, I turn to a great blend of fruit, veggies, seeds and nuts in a smoothie! I am sure to get a source of fiber and protein inside to keep my appetite satisfied until lunchtime.
