Chai Protein Smoothie (Raw & Vegan)

Sometimes I like a quick & easy smoothie. Without lacking in nutrients, I go to supplement powders like Garden of Life’s RAW powders.

Banana and Chai flavors go so well together!

Chai Protein Smoothie

1/2 cup homemade sunflower seed milk
1/2 cup purified water
1 frozen banana
2 tsp Garden of Life’s Vanilla Chai RAW Protein
4-5 ice cubes

Blend in high for about 2-3 minutes, or until all solids are broken down.
