This was just SO good, I had to share it with you all.
I didn’t even get a picture of a ‘full’ before, just an ‘almost gone’!
If you aren’t a fan of peanut butter, you probably wouldn’t like it. 😉
PB & J Smoothie
1 handful ice cubes
1 heaping tablespoon of peanut butter (or almond butter)
1Tbsp cocoa powder (I prefer using HealthForce WarriorFood Extreme Chocolate Plus, but I am out!)
1Tbsp Sambazon Açai powder
1Tbsp flaxseed meal
1Tbsp Let’s Do Organic Coconut flour
2tsp Pines Mighty Greens
Almond milk, to blend
Enjoy! It’s a drinkable PB & Açai/Banana sandwich (gluten-free, of course!)
